 As an Ayurvedic wellness instructor, my name is Cassia Borges. I work to improve people's quality of life by using Ayurveda and my culinary skills to prioritise healthy routines, wellness, and quality of life.I was born in Brazil and moved to Sydney, Australia, seven years ago. I received my chef degree there as well.  But I didn't feel satisfied. I made a commitment to a holistic development programme where I gained self-awareness, increased awareness of my choices, and unlocked limiting beliefs and imagined traumas. The desire to learn more about Ayurveda then emerged through a career mentorship, as one of the foundations of Ayurveda is to promote healing through diet. 

. After doing some research, I made the decision to devote even more time to my career. I obtained certifications from Deepak Chopra Education in the USA to teach Ayurveda, also from Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition in Australia where a learned Ayurveda principles, lifestyle and nutrition advice,  as well as treatments. With all of that, I was able to combine my passions for food, Ayurveda, Self-care, and Spirituality to create Soulveda, a unique business with different projects such as Cooking Course, Mentoring Programs, Retreats, Ayurvedic Catering, Personalised Consults and Treatments.

  • What is the benefits with Soulveda Program?

  • What's the duration of a first consultation in Ayurveda? and how does it operate?
    It takes one to one and a half hours. I perform eight different kinds of examinations during an Ayurvedic consultation; not every patient will need to go through them all; it all depends on the individual. These examinations include taking the patient's pulse, checking their heart rate, and going over their medical history, etc.
  • What are the steps to sign in to the Soulveda program?
    · Contact us through website or social media · Receive a link to fill-up a pre-application form · Schedule the 30 minutes free meeting · Receive the Policies and procedures · Make the payment · Receive the materials and contract. · Start the Soulveda program through “Zoom” 1 hour meetings, once a week p/ 8 weeks. · If you need an extra meeting, you can talk with your coach/mentor at any time.
  • What is Ayurveda, and where can I obtain more information about its advantages?
    The 5,000-year-old medical method known as Ayurveda was developed in prehistoric India. The Sanskrit words ayus, which means "life," and veda, which means "knowledge" or "science," are combined to form the word Ayurveda. Thus, Ayurveda is the science of life and provides a wide viewpoint and useful tools for living a long, healthy, and fulfilling life. Its goal is to assist us in regaining our natural state of health, balance, and wholeness. Ayurveda is a consciousness-based approach to health and healing. Ayurveda views health as more than just the absence of disease and views it as a condition of expanded awareness that allows us to experience greater happiness, creativity, and joy. The experiential nature of Ayurveda indicates that your body is affected by the decisions you make regarding your experiences, including those related to food, relationships, sensory experiences, sleep, work, social interactions, and daily routine. Your biology changes as your experiences change because biology is the metabolism of experience.
  • How do I begin? and the amount of sessions?
    You can begin with the consultation because it will help us determine the root of the problem or how to make improvements to your diet and lifestyle. From there, I will customise a treatment plan for you based on the severity and nature of the problem. However, you will receive recommendations on diet and lifestyle during the initial session, which may be conducted in person or online.
  • What is the Soulveda Program?
    A. It’s a program in which you are going to be able to understand your body type constitution and elements that are within you, also you are going to learn the Ayurveda philosophy foundations, and an introduction to the 6 pillars of self-love, to have a balanced life and healthy routine. That’s for those who want to make the first step toward their true self and quality of life based on Ayurveda lifestyle.
