There's no need to leave your house for the beginner's Soulveda cooking class, where you'll have access to the chef's round-the-clock assistance, exchange ideas and questions with other students, and showcase your dish.
When does it happen?
The course consists of 4 meetings (weekly) live broadcast, in the event of a missed class, a recording will be made, so that you can recreate the dish.
What you are about to learn?
First Class: Introduction to culinary instruments, types of cuts, the six flavours of Ayurvedic philosophy, Doshas, hygiene, food storage, as well as hands-on cooking techniques and mise en place .
Second Class: Mindfulness eating and prepare delicious meal for the Doshas.
Third Class: A recipe will be provided before to the class for students to gather supplies. During this class, we will cook a lovely meal together.
Fourth Class: A recipe will be provided before the session so that students can prepare the ingredients. During this class we will cook a wholesome dish together.
How is the course will be held?
If you want to get the most out of the class, make sure you have an internet connection, have a space for your device to sit in the kitchen while you cook, and avoid distractions like background music or television. If this is unavoidable, please make sure your phone is muted and your headphones are on. As soon as you join us, you will receive instructions such as a manual and a list of the required components, so bring notes and pens. You can interact with one another, raise any issues you may have.
Duration: between- 1 hour to 1hr 30 min for each class.
Type of Food: ayurvedic food, option for meat lovers and vegetarians as well.
