1. Nutrition

Choosing a range of fresh, whole foods over refined, processed meals, which are devoid of essential nutrients and are high in sugar, artificial additives, and other dangerous substances, is the key to achieving adequate nutrition.

2. Emotional 
    Freedom

Your feelings have a significant impact on your body. Chemical signals let each cell know how you're feeling.

 

A cell might experience joy or despair, agitation or contentment, happiness or sadness in its own unique way. Chronic stress can raise your body's inflammatory response and cause you to get ill with a chronic condition.

3. Meditation

Meditation techniques can help us achieve a deep state of relaxation that dissolves fatigue and accumulated stress, which has been shown to hasten ageing and the onset of disease.

 

According to research, habitual meditators experience lower rates of hypertension, heart disease, anxiety, and other conditions linked to stress.

Dosha

It’s a mind body constitution concept, that governs our physical, emotional, and mental characteristics. There are three dynamic characteristics which is: Vata, Pitta and Kapha, all human being has some combination of these principles in his or her make-up.  The three types of dosha (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) are within us and around us. The doshas are made of from the 5 elements such as: air, space, fire, water and earth.

There are two scenarios to understand your Dosha: Prakruti and Vikruti.

Prakruti

Every human person has a unique combination of doshas, s mentioned before, which serves as a guide or road map for finding the foods and lifestyle that will help you achieve balance in your mind and body. 

That is the first step in discovering your true essence. 

usually remains the same throughout one's lifetime (there is rare exception).

Vikruti

(Sanskrit term) is your your current physical and mental condition of health. It describes how your Doshas are balanced/imbalanced in relation to your Prakruti (your nature).
